body, as if it were a machine, the repetition of a movement, be it a strike, a kick, a swing, which in numerous occasions causes muscular imbalance. In part what we do in this category is see what are the actions that the body is demanding in order to bring balance back and in this way, allow the athlete to have a superior performance in any discipline.
